Privacy policy
This page sets out which personal data we collect on this website, why we do so and which rights you have.
Who is responsible
Skybower Ltd (registration number HE495760), the company behind Northern AI Labs, is the controller of the personal data collected on this website. You can reach us at victor@northernailabs.com. The company’s address is on the contact page.
What we collect
We collect what you write in a form yourself and, if you accept cookies, information about your visit.
- The review request: name, company, email, and role and telephone if you give them, plus whatever you choose to tell us about which workflows it concerns, how far along you are and which manual work you want to reduce.
- The eight questions: your answers, plus name, company and email address.
- You can also send an enquiry through a form on LinkedIn. We then receive the details you send there, and they are used in the same way.
- If you came to the site through one of our ads, the form also sends which ad it was.
- If you accept cookies: which pages you visit and which ad you came from, which Meta and LinkedIn collect with their cookies.
Why, and on what legal basis
The data is used to answer your enquiry and prepare the review, or to compile and send the level report. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry that you have sent us.
If you tick the box to receive our examples by email, we process your email address for that purpose with your consent. The box is not ticked in advance, it is separate from the enquiry, and you can withdraw your consent at any time, for example through the link in every email.
The cookies from Meta and LinkedIn are set only with your consent, which you can change at any time under Cookie settings at the foot of every page.
How long we keep it
We keep the data for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry and the dialogue that follows from it. After that it is deleted.
Who receives it
The data is handled by us and by the suppliers that host the website and receive the forms on our behalf: Lovable, our web host, and Google, whose email service we send and receive email with. They may process the data only on our instructions.
If you send an enquiry through a LinkedIn form, LinkedIn also receives the details you give there. If you accept cookies, Meta and LinkedIn also receive information about your visit. For that collection we and each of them are joint controllers, and after it they process the data under their own terms. We do not sell data.
Your rights
You have the right to know which data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to ask for the processing to be restricted, to object to the processing and to receive your data in a portable format. Get in touch and we will help you.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can turn to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, imy.se.
Cookies
Our host, Lovable, counts visits to the website. It sets one cookie, session-id, which lasts 30 minutes and is used only to count visits and page views in total, not to follow individual visitors.
With your consent we also use the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. They set cookies, among them _fbp from Meta and li_fat_id from LinkedIn, which measure how our ads perform and let us show ads to people who have visited the website. Without your consent they do not load at all.
Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time under Cookie settings at the foot of every page.
